Project Experience: As a Superintendent for Liles, Toby brings a wealth of extensive experience in the construction world. He spent 34 years in the Army Engineer branch and has spent 14 years in construction. During that time he worked as a Construction Supervisor for a demolition range in Romania, as well as a Construction Engineer Inspector on I- 4 Tampa bypass connector.

More about Toby: Originally from southern Illinois, he now lives in Concord with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, Toby enjoys hiking, fishing, biking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Thanks, Toby for being a part of the Liles Construction family!
