Clemson University Fire Department Station #1

Liles Construction is leading the expansion of the Clemson University Fire Department Station #1. This project involves adding over 4,500 square feet to the existing station, providing much-needed space for command and administrative staff. The new addition will feature dedicated offices, a large meeting room, and other support spaces to better serve the department's needs.

In addition to the expansion, we're undertaking a major renovation of the existing station to significantly improve the living conditions for the on-duty firefighters. To ensure the fire department can remain fully operational throughout construction, we've partnered with Forts USA to provide specialized temporary lodging units. These modular units are specifically designed for this type of scenario, allowing the crew to continue their vital work without interruption while their station is being upgraded.
