Examples of our construction project successes include:

• Lintmen’s (2021): We’re taking a ~$12mm project that would have been wildly over budget and, through creative precon design-assist and construction, are making it possible to start on time.
• NoDa Warehouse (2019): This industrious office upfit ($4.5mm all in) was over budget before we were involved. Our team value-engineered over $700,000 out of it and then returned over $50k of contingency at the project’s completion.
• Boys and Girls Club (2020) - We started helping with budgets for a capital campaign more than 2 years before the project started and continuously delivered budget checks and design input to make sure the project would move forward. We turned the job over on schedule and budget.
• 2001 W Morehead (2021): On schedule to finish on time, this $6.5mm project has gone through multiple evolutions in the design process to come in on budget. In a design-assist role, Liles led the design and ownership groups through these changes to make the project work. It’s now tracking to finish under budget and on or ahead of schedule.
• The ROC Center (2018): This new trade school for high-schoolers opened on time and budget. Liles helped develop preliminary budgeting for a capital campaign and then made the Phase 1 work with the current capitalization. We were able to get the school open, and then help the school plan for later phases with additional capitalization.
• 200 W Tremont (2017): Liles led this Design-Build Adaptive reuse project, taking a nearly unsalvageable building and turning it into a multi-tenant restaurant, retail, and office building (as well as completing the buildouts).
