Develop a Baseline Budget - Developing an early budget that works for the owner helps the owners and design teams maintain a budget conscious direction.
Develop the Preconstruction Schedule - By having a team scheduling meeting at the outset of the design process, milestones and important dates are documented and each party maintains schedule accountability.
Develop Alternate and Value Engineering Logs - We create a "shopping list" for the owner and design teams to discuss and consider.
Budget Checks - Provide budget checks at each design milestone.
Engage Subs and Review Constructability - Teaming up industry professionals with engineers, means we are able to head off potential design issues before the design is complete.
Early Procurement - When budget and schedule allows, we pinpoint potential lead time issues and recommend early submittal review and equipment/material purchasing.
