Liles Construction is proud to be constructing the new Mary Frances Wall Center, a vital facility that will replace the existing campus located on HWY 601.
This project underscores our commitment to building modern, functional spaces that serve our community. Designed to cater to preschool-aged children, the new Mary Frances Wall Center will also provide dedicated accommodations for children with special needs, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment for these young students.
The 24,892 SF project will utilize a PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) structure and metal stud framing for the interior, complemented by a durable brick veneer exterior. The project entails a 10,560 SF upfit that will optimize the interior spaces for various educational purposes.
