Chad Biggers

We’re excited to welcome Chad Biggers to the Liles Construction team as our new Senior Project Manager. Chad brings over a decade of industry experience, along with an impressive background that includes OSHA 30 certification and recognition as an Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.

His portfolio includes a range of light industrial upfit projects, notably a $5 million upfit for UPS. Chad has also completed coursework in Construction Management at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and is known for being safety-conscious and bringing a “go-getter” attitude to every project.

A Concord, NC native, Chad lives with his wife, Brooke, their dog, Gracie, and a lively flock of nine chickens. His deep roots in the community and passion for construction make him a valuable asset to our team.

When he's not on the job site, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it's riding ATVs, exploring the mountains, or taking on any adventure in nature.
