Project Experience: Lisa acts as the glue that keeps the Project Management Team together. She is the gateway for Subcontractor coordination,oversees the Project Engineers, and all project administration processes. She has played a critical role in each of Liles Construction's key projects since she started with Liles Construction in 2017. Before coming to Liles, she was an Estimating and Project Management Assistant at CM Black Construction, where she worked on most of the new buildings at Wingate University. Some of her major projects with Liles include the Cabarrus County Boys and Girls Club Building Addition, 307 W Tremont/Pins Mechanical, Cabarrus County Schools Performance Learning Center, The ROC, and many, many more.

More about Lisa: Lisa is married to her husband, John, of 30 years. She has two awesome sons and daughters-in-LOVE, and the three greatest grandchildren to walk this earth (she may be a little biased)! And of course she is the mother to their canine child, Dixie. 

She's know around the office for her LOVE of all things Alabama (Roll Tide!!!) and her cooking. Whether cooking a meal for her family, or baking and decorating beautiful cakes, she loves to make food that makes people happy! When not cooking or working, "MeMe" can be found hanging out with the grandchildren, working in her garden, traveling the country, or sipping wine on a cruise ship in the Caribbean.
