Lucas Howell

Please join us in welcoming Luke Howell to the Liles team as our Preconstruction and Marketing Assistant!

Luke brings three years of construction industry experience, having previously served as both a Field Engineer Intern and a Preconstruction Assistant Intern before stepping into his current role. His industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and collaborative mindset make him a valuable addition to our team.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Western Carolina University, Luke is expected to graduate in Summer 2026. A native of Concord, NC, he is known for his ability to keep teams aligned, foster collaboration, and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found on the golf course.

We're excited to have Luke on board and look forward to the contributions he will make as part of the Liles team.
