Lucas Howell

Luke Howell recently joined the Liles team as a Preconstruction Assistant Intern. He brings three years of construction industry experience, having previously worked as a Field Engineer Intern before transitioning into his current preconstruction role.

Luke is set to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Carolina University in Summer 2026. A native of Concord, NC, he is known for his clear communication style, ensuring everyone stays aligned, and for his strong team-oriented approach to achieving goals.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found on the golf course.
