Malik Hairston

Malik, originally from Martinsville, Virginia, joined Liles Construction as a Preconstruction Assistant and has worked in multiple large-scale multifamily projects as well as in the terrazzo flooring world. He earned his Associate Degree in General Engineering from Patrick & Henry Community College and later completed his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Norfolk State University.

When Malik is not working for Liles, he enjoys working out, playing golf, and creating memories with his loved ones especially his girlfriend Raeven and their son Kayson. He also enjoys time with his parents and his French bulldog, Oreo.
