Shane Brown

Superintendent Steven "Shane" Brown is a VFW Life member and OSHA 30 Certified. He come join Liles with many years of experience, focus on the last 10 years, his projects include Rose Gaming Emporium & Resort (Dumfries, VA), Westgate at Wardlaw, Swamp Rabbit Dental major upfit and superintendent over food service (8 restaurants, 6 bars, cold storage, food and drink warehouse, and loading docks).

Shane's accomplishments worth highlighting are Westgate which brought approximately 9% over projected profit once sold and Swamp Rabbit Dental which was constructed in 2020 during the heights of Covid and was able to complete on time and on budget.

He is known for being able to find quick solutions, foreseeing issues that may arise and understanding but firm with his expectations from trade partners.

Shane lived in the upstate area his entire life for his military service and now resides in Anderson, SC with his wife Dee Brown of 28 years. Together they raised 5 wonderful children, 3 girls and 2 boys whom all have grown into wonderful adults blessing Shane and his wife, Dee with 9 grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys to model, weld, woodworking, fishing with his grandchildren and playing with his dogs.
