Stephen Coggins

Liles is excited to welcome Stephen as our new Estimator in our Upstate office.  With 10 years of experience across diverse sectors of the construction industry --  including nuclear facilities – Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His background spans project management, site safety, and superintendent roles with notable projects including the Boeing IRC in Charleston, SC and the Oconee Nuclear power plant in Oconee, SC.

Stephen graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science Management. And he’s also OSHA 30 certified.

A native of Spartanburg, Stephen is a proud new dad and shares his home with his girlfriend, Lauren and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys restoring classic cars, camping, hunting and spending time at the lake.
