7 Brew's Greer location marks a major milestone for the Piedmont Beverage Company and yet another completed, programmable retail construction project for Liles. Designed and delivered to support repeatable execution, Liles was proud to be a part of this storefront construction that will enable future locations to launch faster, operate consistently, and adapt as the business plan grows.

From preconstruction coordination through final walkthrough, our team focused on speed, quality, and operational readiness, completing the full build in a streamlined 90-day construction window. The final product was a first-of-its-kind location that sets the standard as efficient to build, easy to replicate, and built to perform.
