Northern Rowan Family Medicine Addition

Liles Construction delivered a seamless and high-performance expansion and renovation of this active medical facility, carefully executed while the clinic remained open to patients and staff throughout construction.

The project included a 2,400 square foot addition and a comprehensive interior renovation of the existing 3,980 square foot facility. The interior scope of work encompassed the construction of:

• New exam rooms and a procedure room
• A modern laboratory
• Expanded staff offices
• A fully integrated pharmacy

Five new HVAC units were also installed to serve both the new space and existing facility. In addition to the interior upgrades, Liles Construction also paved a new concrete parking lot to enhance patient and staff accessibility.

Thanks to our team's commitment to prioritizing coordination, safety, and daily operations, we were able to deliver a project that enhances functionality while minimizing disruption to the facility.
