Charlotte Light Vehicle Maintenance Facility

In 2008, Liles Construction had the opportunity to build a Light Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the City of Charlotte. This building would provide maintenance for city vehicles like police cars. The location for this 25,000 square foot, pre-engineered building had extensive site conditions that Liles Construction had to navigate and overcome. Our team came up with creative dewatering solutions, and the result is a beautiful facility that serves the City of Charlotte and its citizens.
