Liles worked with the landlord and tenant to take this abandoned service station from an uninhabitable building to a beautiful wood-fired barbecue restaurant full of character. The team built the project along with another building across the street as a pioneering redevelopment in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte.

The best part about this on time and budget project was getting to enjoy the menu tastings from one of Lew's smoker's while under construction!
