Roebuck Elementary

We partnered with Spartanburg School District Six on the expansion and renovation of Roebuck Elementary School to support both current and future students. The work included 24,425 square feet of new construction, with modern classrooms added to accommodate the school’s growing enrollment and create a more engaging learning environment.

A key feature of the project was the renovation of the school’s main entrance, which was redesigned to improve both safety and accessibility while creating a welcoming arrival experience for students, staff, and families. In addition to the new construction, the Liles team also planned a 10,000-square-foot renovation to begin in 2025, further enhancing existing learning and support spaces.

The project broke ground in the summer of 2024 and was completed by August 2025, just in time for the new school year. Throughout construction, the Liles team worked closely with school leaders to minimize disruptions and ensure the project aligned with the district’s vision for growth.
