Liles Construction performed a complete renovation of the 17,000-square-foot National Guard armory in Wellford, SC. This extensive overhaul took the facility back to its existing structural steel and masonry structure, with all other building components being removed and replaced.

The scope included a full interior and exterior renovation designed to modernize the facility while preserving its core structure. In addition to the full building renovation, site improvements were also a major part of the project, including conversion from the existing septic system to city sewer, construction of a new stormwater detention pond, expansion and repaving of the parking lot, and installation of additional security fencing and gates.
