Liles Construction was proud to use our adaptive reuse expertise for the new Sauna House location in Charlotte, NC. Following the success of their Asheville location, Sauna House Charlotte is strategically situated next to Rhino Market & Deli and Town Brewing, adding a new destination to this growing area. Offering guests a unique Nordic-inspired communal bathhouse experience, this 5,080 square foot facility features tranquil saunas and invigorating cold plunges.

The team at Liles Construction collaborated closely with Redline Design Group (Architect) and Barret Woodyard (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression Engineer) to bring this vision to life. The main, public bathhouse boasts two large saunas and in-ground cold plunges, each accommodating up to 50 people. The build also included two private bathhouses, each with a sauna and cold plunge for 6-10 guests.

A significant aspect of this project was the extensive use of hard tile, featured on the floors throughout the entire space, as well as on the walls of private rooms, showers, the main lounge, and front check-in desk. This project also marks our first ever installation of in-ground cold plunges, demonstrating our commitment to tackling specialized construction challenges.

Sauna House Charlotte showcases Liles Construction's ability to transform spaces into modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments repurposed for a wide range of industries. We are proud to deliver another facility bringing a truly unique experience to the Charlotte community.
