Liles Construction Company partnered with Priest Architects on this one-of-a-king adaptive reuse project in Southend, Charlotte. When clearing the building's interiors, the team found evidence of three different fires in the building's history. Interior elevation issues along with no true existing building foundation meant that the Liles Tremont team had to constantly change designs to work within the existing conditions.

Through quickly working through double-digit structural bulletins, the crew was able to turn over a beautiful shell to house Jamie Scott Fitness and KSQ Design.
