Over the years, Liles Construction has had the privilege of working with team members at Morris-Berg Architects on many education and municipal projects. Recently, Morris-Berg asked us to spearhead the build-out of their new office location in West Charlotte’s new office community, Lower Tuck.

Liles Construction quickly provided constructability reviews, a budget, and value engineering all while floor and engineering plans were being drawn. This was in an effort to complete the plan and permitting process as swiftly as possible.

Morris-Berg Architects had to meet a quick turnaround, so early procurement and rapid planning were necessary to meet their timeline.

We are grateful to Morris-Berg Architects for allowing Liles Construction Company to be part of this new home for their firm.
